The coordinator of the lawyers’ team, Ms. Dinu Didina, has a law degree since 2000, the year in which she also made her debut as a lawyer, becoming a member of the Bucharest Bar.

With an experience of over 20 years in the Romanian legal market, he has been active in the field of civil law, especially in the field of property law, including regarding the restitution of nationalized real estate as well as in business law, collaborating both with private companies with Romanian capital as well as foreign capital, especially Israeli.

As a result of the experience gained in business law, in 2020 he also acquired the qualification of insolvency practitioner, thus laying the foundations of a professional company with this specificity.

Also, in addition to the fields mentioned above but closely related to business law, he has been active in the field of immigration on the labor market in Romania and the reacquisition of Romanian citizenship by people who have lost their Romanian citizenship for reasons beyond their control or – was erected against their will, as well as their descendants, according to the specific legislation.
